The title Sve za pobedu continues as Napred COBISS ID#
The periodical was first published on 15 February 1945 by the Valjevo District Committee of the United People's Liberation Front under the title „Sve za pobedu“. A year later, on 15 February 1946 its name was changed to „Napred“, and it has been published under that name to this day. The periodical was not published in the spring and summer of 1947 and between 1942 and 1952.
The periodical is published weekly. It contains various newspaper articles dealing with the Kolubara District, its history and literary works. In the period between 1987 and 2001, the periodical occasionally contained a Culture, Art and Science Supplement.
