Bosnjak kalendar was published from 1883 until 1918 in Sarajevo by the occupational Austro-Hungarian government in Bosnia. The publisher’s viewpoints were often reflected in the content of the periodical. Bosnjak contained literary articles and articles on the economy or ethnographic material. Sometimes they contained plentiful illustrations. Yearly lists of all clerks, associations and organizations on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as statistical data on the population, were particularly important.#
